When you are writing vendor specific information - please do - try and limit information to something you know a bit about, rather than dumps of press releases. Please link the reader here Vendor Specific Reviews. Comparisons between products are going to be reviewed by the editorial committee for relevance and factual correctness. We would suggest you bring to the attention of your reader that some information is an opinion of vendor information thus "[Opinion of Vendor specific information]".

Sponsorship and advertising

Although this portal is not for profit, we need to raise a small amount of money to ensure professionalism and good content.

To date we have been advertising two companies who have helped set up this portal - we are looking for more advertisers. Advertising can be through banner adds, static front page frames or static pages. Please email us for more details.

We have a partial sponsorship from HP-SA that will go considerably towards making this site self-sustaining and able to offer more and better content. The idea is to get an assistant to source content, liaise with members and maintain new sections. We also have a lot of routine tasks such as back-ups, etc that needs to be done.

Sourcing content could be through syndication, parsing documents sent to us by members, copying public articles, etc.
